We are so glad to have your child enrolled in a Launch Your Kid program, and look forward to providing a fun and valuable class. We encourage communication with parents, so if you ever have questions or concerns regarding your child’s program, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The following are important details about your child’s enrichment program:

  • Registrations are accepted online only. During the registration process you will be asked to enter a valid credit/debit card. This card will be charged the monthly fee (varies by program and location) on the same day of the month every month. We can stop or suspend the charge at any time by contacting us at 704.277.2327 or visiting our cancellation page.
  • If you are uncomfortable using our online registration system you may call us at 704.277.2327 to register via phone. A valid credit/debit card is still required to process your registration.
  • Launch Your Kid does not accept checks, cash or money orders for registrations.
  • Some schools handle payments directly and Launch Your Kid invoices the school. As of August 2013, these schools are all Chesterbrook Academy locations and Kiddie Academy. Please contact your school director/principal for registration forms.
  • If your credit/debit card expires or you get an updated card number, it is your responsibility to contact us to update your card information on file. If your card is not charged properly we will no longer be able to take your child to our class.
  • Payment is due regardless of absences. If your child will be away for an extended amount of time, please contact us so we can pro-rate your tuition.
  • Tuition is based on four-week months. In months with five-weeks, class may not occur on the fifth week. We will use this extra week for make-up or holiday classes.
  • Your child will be DROPPED for nonpayment. We make every effort to email and call when a card charge does not go through. If you do not return our call or email we will no longer be able to take your child.
  • If at any time you wish to take your child out of the program, please notify us two weeks before your payment goes through. You can email us at cherie@launchyourkid.com or visit our cancellation page. Failure to give us proper notice will result in being charged for next month’s tuition.
  • Dancers are required to dress for class. We ask they wear leotard, tights, ballet and tap shoes. You can wear any color or style. We also sell apparel on our website store.
